The 2023/2024 season has begun in the Coachella Valley and inventory of homes for sale is beginning to increase. The inventory of homes for sale in the valley is at 2,233 active listings, the highest level since January of this year. Still below the inventory of a normal market, which is around 3,400 active listings.
